Nur-Sultan moved from the “dark red” zone to the “red” one, so from today entertainment centers and shopping malls are allowed to work until 22.00, and not only on weekdays, but also on weekends. The work of markets is also allowed. They will operate now seven days a week until 17.00. According to the decree of the Chief Sanitary Doctor Yerlan Kiyassov, quarantine easing became possible due to the improvement of the epidemiological situation and the decrease in the daily number of coronavirus cases. According to the capital’s mayoral office, Nur-Sultan was in the “dark red” zone from July 18 to August 2 along with four other cities. Since August 4, the workload of infectious diseases hospitals in the capital has reached 69 percent and the city has returned to the “red” zone.
