Two new visitor centers for
tourists will appear in the Turgen gorge of the Ile-Alatau National Park and in
the Butakovka gorge of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. The centers will be
created according to modern standards and will provide travelers with all the
necessary information, the Ministry of Culture and Sports reported. Over the
past two years, seven such facilities have been built and put into operation in
national parks and other natural objects of Kazakhstan. These are the visitor centers
Ayusay, Turgensai, Sartas, Sharyn, Gorelnik, Medeu and Altyn Emel. It is worthy
to note that the state supports entrepreneurs in the tourism sector, providing
seven assistance measures. This is subsidizing the costs of tour operators for
each foreign tourist, reimbursement of part of the transportation costs, the
construction of tourist facilities, and more.
