From July 1, a new Constitution will come into force in Kazakhstan. Its main goal is to strengthen statehood and improve the well-being of citizens. To ensure the successful implementation of these large-scale reforms, the Chairman of the Senate, the upper house of Parliament, Maulen Ashimbayev, called on Kazakh citizens to demonstrate unity and to rally behind the President’s political course in building a Just Kazakhstan.
«In recent years,
large-scale transformations have been carried out on the initiative of
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The adoption of the new Constitution marked
the beginning of a qualitatively new stage in Kazakhstan’s development. The
main goal of this strategic course is to strengthen independence, protect
statehood, and improve the well-being of citizens. To implement constitutional
principles, it is essential to ensure the systematic and consistent
continuation of reforms. At the same time, the key factor for success is public
unity and cohesion. At this decisive stage for our country, support for and
consolidation of all Kazakh citizens around the political course of the Head of
State is especially important in building a Just Kazakhstan,» Ashimbayev
