The Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s national food festival took place in Dushanbe. Here the member countries presented their national dishes – pilaf, dimlama, shavlya, kulcha, tandoor samsa and much more, surprising not only by the variety of cuisine, but also by the recipes. The chefs prepared dozens of dishes that the visitors of the festival could taste. The event was held to present the national cuisine, traditions and customs of the SCO member states.
