The results of the outgoing year
were summed up at an international conference of the Turkic Academy.
Participants highlighted that the year 2023 was marked by significant events
for the Turkic world, focusing on integration and the development of countries.
Meanwhile, the Academy remains dedicated to promoting the legacies of notable
figures, including writers and researchers who, through their works, capture
the historical experiences of nations and foster a sense of unity among them. The
event also featured book presentations, notably the first Kazakh translation of
‘Remembering Ataturk’, the book entitled ‘Heydar Aliyev – National Leader, Outstanding
Personality’, and a folio dedicated to the founder of the Kazakh detective
genre ‘Kemel Tokayev: Life Path of a Literary Figure.’
“As the Turkic Academy, our goal
is to expand literary, scientific, and cultural contacts between the countries
of the Turkic world and among our peoples. This serves the interests of the
entire Turkic community,” Turkic Academy President Shahin Mustafayev said.
“This year, the Turkic Academy
has brought together all research institutions in the field of economics and
created a new platform. In the near future, there are plans to unite scientists
in the fields of nuclear physics, mathematics, and other areas,” Askhat
Kesikbayev, Vice President of the Turkic Academy, said.
