Ruslan Zheldibay was appointed the Press Secretary of the President of Kazakhstan. At various times, he served as the Deputy Head of the Prime Minister’s Office, Deputy Head of the Internal Policy Department at the Presidential Administration, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee on Information at Kazakh Ministry of Information and Social Development. Ruslan Zheldibay graduated from Turar Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University and the University of Warwick in the UK. He started his career in 2012 as an editor on Qazaqstan TV channel.
