The
Presidential New Year Celebration was held in Astana. The traditional festive
event was attended by around 100 children from low-income and large families,
as well as those who excelled in academics and sports from various regions of
the country. A vibrant entertainment program was organized for them, including
games, contests, and a colorful show featuring favorite fairy-tale characters
and heroes. The children received special gifts on behalf of the President of
Kazakhstan, including bags, tablets, a collection of educational books, toys,
and sweets. Additionally, the participants of the New Year event visited the
landmarks of Astana.
«I’m in a
great mood. The New Year celebration was very fun and interesting. My costume
symbolizes the Tree of Life. We went on excursions to the Baiterek Monument,
the National Museum of Kazakhstan, and Nazarbayev University. I believe it’s
important to study well and be disciplined. In the future, I want to become a
businessman,» said pupil Ali Kudyarov.
