During his visit to the National Supercomputer
Center, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was introduced to domestic IT solutions
across MedTech, EdTech, GovTech, and industry. Among them was the SmartCity
Astana project, aimed at improving the quality of life by creating a digital
twin of the capital, integrating over 100,000 general surveillance cameras
powered by AI. AlemLLM and AI Kitap are designed to acquire and apply new
knowledge. Through Baspana Hub, a digital ecosystem offering a comprehensive
solution to housing needs, users can purchase real estate via a marketplace,
access government services, and even arrange renovations. Tokayev was also
shown a domestic startup in the cargo transportation sector, whose team is
participating in the Google Acceleration program and ranks among its top three
projects. Several Kazakh startups have already made their mark internationally.
Surfaice.pro, which develops construction industry know-how, now operates in
five states of America. Kazakh IT specialists also proposed promising solutions
for forest fire monitoring, sports, and healthcare.
