Tokayev congratulated media workers on their professional holiday, emphasizing
their enormous role in shaping public consciousness and strengthening the unity
of the nation. The Head of State also highlighted that one of the country’s
priority tasks is the development of mass media and the protection of the
rights and legitimate interests of media representatives. He noted that
domestic journalism has a rich history and a unique style developed by several
generations of masters of their craft.
