More than 44 million online public services have been
provided in Kazakhstan this year. Among the significant achievements is the introduction
of digital documents, which allow Kazakh citizens to travel within the country
on planes, trains, and other modes of transportation without the need for paper
documents. Additionally, systems such as the online notary service have been
introduced. Accessible even from abroad, this service has already been used over
175,000 times. As highlighted by the Ministry of Digital Development,
Innovations, and Aerospace Industry, supporting domestic manufacturers is a
government priority. Extensive work has been undertaken with their data, and
over 40 information databases have been integrated, enabling state support
measures for more than 2,000 domestic producers. To analyze the vast amount of
information, an artificial intelligence platform has been implemented.
«As a result, after uploading all the dashboards, the AI
system provides a comprehensive analytical report with all recommendations. It
automatically assigns tasks to the relevant government agencies,» noted Zhaslan
Madiyev, Kazakh Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace
Industry.
Artificial intelligence will also streamline the work of
regional administrations, enabling them to respond more promptly to citizens’
requests and create comfortable living conditions. A specialized system
analyzes data from local residents and identifies key social issues. This facilitates
real-time access to up-to-date information and the generation of analytical
reports, which are subsequently sent to regional governors for decision-making.
