A register of state support measures for businesses may be
introduced in Kazakhstan. According to a draft proposal by the Ministry of
National Economy, it will contain a structured list of more than 100 financial,
property-related, and non-financial instruments. Government agencies will be
required to update the information in a timely manner and ensure its accuracy. Additionally,
a system for monitoring the effectiveness of the provided measures is planned. Agencies
will regularly analyze the results of support, while entrepreneurs will receive
a clear procedure for filing complaints and protecting their rights. According
to the Ministry of National Economy, the creation of the register is an
important step toward increasing the transparency and accessibility of state
support measures. Businesses will no longer need to search for information
across multiple sources.
