Turkistan will
become the tourist capital of the Turkic world. On October 11, the city will
host the international specialized forum organized as part of the eighth
meeting of the Ministers in charge of tourism of the Organization of Turkic
States. The parties intend to discuss the issues of increasing the number of
direct flights between Turkic cities, the tourism potential of Zhibek Zholy, as
well as prospects for the development of the tourism industry. Moreover, the
Lithuanian delegation is engaging in discussions on bilateral cooperation in
political, trade and economic, and investment spheres with representatives from
Kazakh ministries. Additionally, tomorrow in Astana, the foreign ministries of
Kazakhstan and Poland will hold political consultations, addressing the
expansion of cooperation, with a focus on trade and economic, as well as
cultural and humanitarian partnerships.
