No unnecessary inspections! Kazakhstan will develop a register of requirements for entrepreneurs. Kazakh Minister of National Economy Asset Irgaliyev announced this today at a meeting of the Mazhilis, the Lower House of Kazakh Parliament. According to him, from now on, business entities will only be checked when violations of the law are registered. In addition, a new operating principle will reduce the burden on business owners and help reduce costs. According to the new bill, priority will be given to digitalization of reporting, which in turn will eliminate paperwork.
“This register will contain a comprehensive list of mandatory business requirements. At the same time, this register will indicate specific dates when this or that requirement will be revised or canceled. This register will be formed on the basis of the ‘Adilet’ information system. At the same time, technical support for the register will be provided by the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information under the Ministry of Justice, which already has this experience,” Irgaliyev said.
