Vietnam has become Kazakhstan’s large trading partner in
Southeast Asia. Over the past two years, trade turnover between the two
countries has reached about $1 billion. The parties intend to boost trade to $5
billion by 2030. At the same time, Kazakhstan’s exports are on the rise.
According to the Ministry of Trade and Integration, figures have increased by
almost 14%, amounting to $205 million. Kazakhstan supplies Vietnam with petrochemical
and metallurgical products, including lead, ferroalloys, and zinc. Furthermore,
the country is ready to increase volumes and expand the range of exported
goods.
