Kazakhstan’s successful digital transformation is gaining
global recognition. The World Financial Review has published an analytical
article highlighting this progress, noting that Kazakhstan is emerging as a
regional leader in IT. The country is not only advancing its fintech sector but
also systematically digitalizing public services, expanding broadband internet
access, building an AI ecosystem, and actively fostering international
cooperation in the startup community. As a result, Kazakhstan ranks among the
top ten countries worldwide in online service development and is rapidly
becoming a model of digital modernization in Eurasia. It shares this leadership
with countries such as South Korea, Estonia, Denmark, and others.
