A mobile application entitled ‘TortTulik’ for
owners of farm animals has been launched in Kazakhstan. The online
platform will help to increase the number of livestock and make the cattle inventory.
Also, veterinarians will be able to carry out preventive measures in a timely
manner and in full scope. In addition, according to the Kazakh Ministry of
Agriculture, the program will allow one to obtain a pet passport, replace the
animal registration tag and conduct cattle auctions between regions in the
future. The ministry notes that TortTulik will become a so-called information
hub for rural residents. It includes the features of sending the latest
industry news, notification of upcoming vaccinations and more.
