Kazakhstan establishes digital headquarters for AI integration

From integrating artificial intelligence into the economy, healthcare, and the public sector to modernizing IT architecture, developing the QazTech platform, and ensuring cybersecurity - nine key priorities set by the President were reviewed by the government at a meeting in Astana. Participants highlighted the need to integrate AI into production processes to boost labor productivity. In healthcare, AI can deliver accurate diagnostics, enable personalized treatment, and support the transition to a unified medical database. In public services, the Aitu messenger will be designated as the national platform, while key services will be unified into a single digital environment. To speed up AI adoption nationwide, a digital headquarters has been established under the leadership of Olzhas Bektenov.
