President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President Tamás Sulyok visited the Alem.AI International Artificial Intelligence Center. The innovative space is designed to advance cutting-edge technologies in Kazakhstan, engage talented youth, and promote promising projects in the IT sector. By 2029, it is expected to boost exports of Kazakh AI solutions to $5 billion and establish Astana as a leading AI technology hub in Central Asia. The Head of State was also presented with domestic projects, including a portable AI biomechanics lab aimed at accelerating rehabilitation and a startup for monitoring investment portfolios in markets. The President also met with the winners of the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI) held in Beijing, where Kazakh school students won seven awards, three of them gold.
