Kazakh beatmaker collaborates with Dua Lipa on her new album

In a vibrant and productive collaboration, resident of the Karaul village in the Abai region Yerkanat Yergazyuly has crafted music for a track on the upcoming album by renowned British singer Dua Lipa. Sharing his achievement on social media, Yergazyuly announced that his music will be featured in the seventh song titled ‘Illusions’ on Dua Lipa’s forthcoming album, ‘Radical Optimism,’ set to release on May 3. Yergazyuly, who also serves as a biology teacher at a local school, has been collaborating with artists from around the globe, and continues to seek out new opportunities.

“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Kazakh pop stars such as Moldir Yessenbek, widely known as Say Mo, De Lacure, and Rick, and even become friends with some performers. In January, I made a remix for Brazilian singer Anitta, as well as for the Canadian-Filipino duo Manila Grey, who perform in the R&B genre. I would also like to collaborate with Belgian singer Stromae, whose distinct music style, arrangements, and voice have captivated audiences worldwide,” the Kazakh beatmaker said.

Yergazyuly has also worked as a co-producer with popular American rappers.
