Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a telephone conversation with the President of Azerbaijan. The Head of State congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his birthday and commended his contribution to the development of Kazakh-Azerbaijani relations. The two presidents expressed satisfaction with the high dynamics of cooperation and discussed prospects for deepening strategic partnership in the trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres.
