Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held
a telephone conversation with Donald Trump and extended his congratulations on
his election as President of the United States of America. The politicians reaffirmed
their mutual commitment to deepening the strategic partnership in the fields of
trade, investment and nuclear non-proliferation. President Tokayev outlined
Kazakhstan’s position on pressing issues of the international agenda. To
maintain the high dynamics of cooperation, the Presidents agreed on regular
contacts.
