President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Kazakhstan’s
newly appointed Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic, Abylkair Skakov. During the
meeting, the Head of State emphasized the importance of further strengthening
the bonds of friendship, good-neighborly relations, strategic partnership, and
alliance with brotherly Kyrgyzstan. President Tokayev tasked Ambassador Skakov
with advancing multifaceted bilateral cooperation in transit and transport,
energy, water management, agriculture, and digitalization, as well as
strengthening cultural and humanitarian ties.
