The film lecture series «From
Chronicle to the Future,» dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Kazakh
President’s TV and Radio Complex, continues to introduce audiences across
Kazakhstan to documentary films. This time, the educational project held two
days of screenings in Pavlodar. Local residents were presented with the films
«Travel Kazakhstan» and «Sert». The first documentary highlights the country’s
tourism potential, showcasing the natural and cultural heritage of its regions.
The second focuses on the unity and mutual support demonstrated by the Kazakh
people during the floods two years ago, as well as the restoration efforts
carried out in the aftermath of the disaster on the instructions of the Head of
State.
«Our
main mission is to showcase our documentaries, which capture key events in
Kazakhstan and continue the President’s TV and Radio Complex’s mission of
documenting the country’s contemporary history,» said
Elmira Ishmukhametova, Senior Editor
at the Documentary Film Center of the Kazakh
President’s TV and Radio Complex.
