Kazakhstan is launching a
full-scale digital transformation. President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree approving «Digital Qazaqstan» Nationwide Strategy for Large-Scale Digitalization and
Complete Integration of Artificial Intelligence Technologies through 2029. The main goal of the document is to
ensure the country’s sustainable development amid the rapid advancement of
artificial intelligence, as well as to create conditions for building a modern,
innovative education system as a key element of human capital. In essence, the
Digital Qazaqstan strategy is a roadmap for the country’s digital development,
providing for the introduction of IT technologies across all sectors, including
public administration, the economy, the financial sector, education,
healthcare, and creative industries.
