Kazakhstan’s main political event is only a few days away. A seminar took place in the capital to explain amendments and additions to the Constitution of the state with the participation of representatives of national and regional youth organizations, as well as students. The event attendants spoke about the importance of holding the referendum and forming active citizenship.

“The total number of voters in the referendum exceeds 12 million. Young people make up one fourth of them. We carry out the explanatory and educational seminar for youth with active citizenship. We explain what amendments are made to the Constitution, and how important are their voices,” said Zhanar Kalikankyzy, Director of the Center for Electoral Education.
