Kazakh citizens that paid the car-recycling fee after May 14 of this year at previous rates will be reimbursed. They need to submit an application on the ‘E-otinish’ electronic platform, append an electronic digital signature and specify account details for the refund with a payment order attached. Earlier, the process was suspended due to technical work on the official website of the company. This was reported by Kazakh Ministry of Ecology. The reason citizens will be reimbursed lies in changing of the rate. On May 3, the ‘Adilet’ legal information system of normative legal acts of the country announced a new rate of the recycling fee for vehicles.
