41 IT schools open in Kazakhstan over past three years

Over the last three years, 41 IT schools have been opened in Kazakhstan. More than 55,000 students are studying there at the moment, which is 3,000 more than in 2021, the Kazakh Ministry of Enlightenment reported. The schools have modern equipment and robotic rooms. Also, special educational programs designed for students are all aimed at the development of digital knowledge and skills. To date, IT school students actively participate in the national and international Olympiads, as well as competitions of science projects in general subjects and robotics. This year, Kazakh students won two silver and two bronze medals at the International Olympiad in Informatics.
