Almost four million people in Kazakhstan will get a hike in wages. A special program provides for the specific measures aimed at increasing the income of the population. It was set up in accordance with the President’s instructions. State employees and workers of the quasi-public sector will see the raise in salaries, Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Yeraly Tugzhanov said.
