207,000 people visit Kazakhstan pavilion at EXPO 2020 Dubai in first month

Over 200,000 people have already visited Kazakhstan’s pavilion at the EXPO 2020 Dubai during the first month. Visitors are attracted by the synergy of modern digital solutions and oriental architecture, including the design of the pavilion and its content, which highlights the contribution of nomads to the world heritage, natural landscapes and the wealth of the land.

“Your pavilion is one of the best. Especially the show performance, where the country’s history was so beautifully conveyed,” noted one of the visitors.

“Everything was so cutting-edge. It was beautiful. Your country is so amazing, and I’m just happy,” added another visitor.

A separate area of the pavilion demonstrates the country’s investment potential and economic opportunities. It presents strategic state programs, including transit and transport, international projects, innovations and digitalization products.

“At this stage, we have worked out about 30 different business events that will be held in a special business lounge of the pavilion. Both investors from Kazakhstan and abroad will take part in them,” said Daulet Yerkimbayev, First Deputy Chairperson of QazExpoCongress.

According to preliminary forecasts, about 25 million people will visit the exhibition. Moreover, the share of foreign visitors will be 70%, which may become a record figure for the 168-year history of the EXPO.
