UK holds job fair for Kazakh students

The future of the country depends on the highly qualified, competitive workforce. A job fair was organized in the U.K. for Kazakh students studying there. According to the organizers, it is a traditional event, which is being held for the fifth time. Its main purpose is to allow talented young people to directly contact companies. The companies presented at the fair are major domestic and international companies that are also represented in our country. There were master seminars and business games that were also held to determine the most qualified individuals

“Our youth, in my opinion, can prove themselves everywhere. Our country, our homeland, and our people need our help. At the job fair there were representatives of companies from Kazakhstan. We obtained all the information we needed,” said a student Yernar Raiymkhan.

“You need direction as a student. And as I mentioned in my presentation earlier today, it has been 35 years since I first walked into University College London as geography undergraduate. And seeing the opportunities that are available, specifically in Kazakhstan, it is a great opportunity for the undergraduates and the postgraduates. I hope that I have been able to demonstrate the opportunities within the Air Astana, and the sorts of values that Air Astana holds high in terms of its recruitment and its employment process,” noted Richard Ledger, representative of a company.

The job fair was organized with the help of the Embassy of Kazakhstan by the Association of Kazakh students of University College London and the Association of PhD students in the UK.
