More than 70% of Kazakh citizens plan to vote in the upcoming Kurultai
elections, according to a nationwide survey conducted by the Institute of
Eurasian Integration. More than 1,600 people took part in the survey, which
showed strong public interest in the elections. Most respondents said they were
ready to cast their ballots, while around 14% have yet to make up their minds.
The Adilet Party tops voter preferences, with nearly 62% of respondents saying
they would support it. It is followed by Auyl, Respublica, and Ak Zhol. Experts
say public interest in the elections has been boosted by the active engagement
of political parties.
