Kazakhstan’s foreign trade
turnover exceeded $55 billion in the first five months of 2024. According to
the Bureau of National Statistics, the country’s trade with the the Eurasian Economic
Union (EAEU) countries approached $11 billion. Among the main export goods are
oil and petroleum products, copper, and ferroalloys. Imports primarily consist
of cars and pharmaceuticals. Kazakhstan’s key export partners include Italy,
China, Russia, France, the Netherlands, and Türkiye.
