A new social policy will be established in Kazakhstan. It will be aimed at improving the welfare of each family. Kazakh Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Tamara Duissenova presented new approaches to the Head of State. She introduced plans to create a digital family card, set up a site for social services and an information system for the social treasury. Also, she spoke about pension support and the progress of the Social Code. Given the geopolitical situation and increasing pressure on the labor market, the President reviewed plans for the development of migration policy.

“Today we told the President about the results of the work carried out in accordance with the Social Code. The preparation of the Social Code has been completed. More than 80 amendments are currently being made to it. The main issue is to improve the social welfare of Kazakh families. Therefore, we intend to make amendments to the current legislation related to the creation of a digital card of Kazakh families, internal and external migration policies, employment issues, and social security for young people,” Tamara Duissenova, Kazakh Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, said.
