Kazakhstan
is actively implementing AI technologies. This is confirmed by research and
international rankings. In particular, Kazakhstan has entered the top 30
countries with a high level of artificial
intelligence adoption
and is ahead of other Central Asian states. According to analytical insights by OpenAI, specifically regarding the
use of ChatGPT, the Kyrgyz Republic ranks 52nd, while Uzbekistan ranks 58th. Experts
note that these results confirm that Kazakh citizens are
actively using advanced AI tools. They most often use neural networks to obtain
practical guidance, write and edit texts, and search for
information. The largest share of users in the country is among
young people aged 18 to 34. At the same time, the level of AI usage is nearly
equal among men and women.
In another global
ranking, Almaty has entered the top 10 fastest-growing emerging tech ecosystems
in the world. This was announced by Kazakh
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital
Development Zhaslan Madiyev. According to a report by Dealroom.co, the metropolis ranked 9th in the Rising Stars
category, ahead of Abu Dhabi, several Chinese cities, and Zagreb. Dealroom.co is a global platform and database that
collects, systematizes, and provides banks and investment funds with
information on startups, venture capital, and technology markets worldwide. The ranking analyzed technology ecosystems in 325
cities across 77 countries.
