Kazakhstan’s State Counsellor
Erlan Karin commented on President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s speech on the
occasion of Mass Media Workers’ Day on his social media account. Karin noted
that the Head of State’s address was aimed not only at the professional
community of journalists, it has a nationwide scope as well. A key point in the
speech was the assertion that Kazakhstan has long been living in a new
political reality. Over the past five years, the country has undergone profound
and irreversible transformations.
