President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Baiterek Holding
Chairman Rustam Karagoishin. Last year, the National Managing Holding provided
support totaling around six trillion tenge, with more than four trillion tenge allocated
to businesses and nearly two trillion tenge to the housing construction sector.
The Head of State was also informed that projects in the agricultural sector,
as well as in the processing and mining and metallurgical industries, will be
implemented through joint funds with foreign partners. He instructed the Baiterek
Holding, in cooperation with second-tier banks, to work out the issue of
attracting funds for the implementation of the national project on
modernization of the energy and utilities sectors.
