This year 100 billion tenge is
allocated from the state budget for the implementation of the Auyl Amanaty program in Kazakhstan. Thus, there are
plans to issue 17,000 microcredits to rural residents, which will allow to create
over 18,000 jobs and, most importantly, increase the population’s income. The program
execution was considered at the national headquarters meeting. Kazakh Prime
Minister Alikhan Smailov noted the weak implementation dynamics in some regions
and urged local authorities to work more actively with the population. He emphasized
the very favorable loan terms, namely 2.5 percent for five-seven years. Overall,
the ‘Auyl Amanaty’ project is being actively implemented in 10 regions of the
country. The Head of the Cabinet of Ministers instructed the regional governor’s
offices to ensure full utilization of the allocated funds, their targeted use,
and timely repayment.
