During a trade mission in China,
Kazakh businesses secured contracts worth $20 million. Domestic producers
agreed to supply agricultural products to Jiangsu province, including pasta,
confectionery items, and animal feed. The agreements were reached during the
Kazakhstan-Jiangsu business forum in the city of Nanjing, where business
circles from the two countries presented their trade, manufacturing, and investment
opportunities.
“We have visited Jiangsu, a
Chinese province that imports goods exceeding $552 million, to establish
business contacts. Kazakh companies hold promising potential for successful
exports to Jiangsu,” said Kazakh Minister of Trade and Integration Arman
Shakkaliyev.
