In the first six months of 2024,
investments in fixed capital in Kazakhstan reached 6.7 trillion tenge.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics, nearly a quarter of this
amount, namely 23.5 percent, was directed towards the mining and quarrying sector.
The real estate sector ranked second in terms of investment volume, followed by
transportation and warehousing in third place. Internal funds of economic
entities remain the primary sources of these investments.
