French business ready to cooperate with Kazakhstan

A series of presentations of Kazakhstan’s investment potential was held in one of the largest and most significant regions of France. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the east of the country brought together businesspeople who are ready to cooperate with Kazakhstan and those who are already successfully working in the Kazakh market and are planning further expansion.

“Kazakhstan is already well-known thanks to our entrepreneurs. You have just heard that there are businesspeople who know Kazakhstan and already have positive experience and contacts. Not all countries have them. Our enterprises do not need to make additional efforts to find out whether it is good in Kazakhstan, whether there are guarantees, whether security is provided, and this is the most important issue. We already have these guarantees,” said Gilbert Stimpflin, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Grand Est region.

Kazakhstan is no longer just a trading platform for foreign companies. If large French corporations already have their own production facilities in the country, then such presentations are an opportunity for French small and medium-sized businesses to enter the new Kazakh market. It is attractive because it can become a platform for working with clients from the entire Central Asia as well as China and Russia.

“As you can see, our enterprises are very interested. Our young entrepreneurs are attracted by Kazakhstan. It would be very interesting to organize a delegation of our department and come to Kazakhstan for a meeting with heads of enterprises, with whom we can already outline options for cooperation,” added Christine Bertrand, President Delegate of the Medef Federation, Meurthe-Et-Moselle Department.

Also, Kazakhstan and France are set to train experts together. After all, the development of new business projects will require training, because French investments in the economy are not only money, but also technologies.
