Executives from nine countries complete AI Leaders 2026 training

800 leaders and top specialists from over 150 leading companies across nine countries have completed the AI Leaders 2026 program in Astana, the largest business-focused artificial intelligence education initiative in Central Eurasia. Participants explored the potential of new technologies and their impact on management and business operations. They also developed more than 100 AI implementation strategies for their organizations. The program featured over 45 hours of online training delivered by more than 15 international AI experts. Participants from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Türkiye, Qatar, and the UAE took part in lectures, industry-specific workshops, and strategic consultations. Upon completing the program, representatives of leading organizations received certificates from Stanford HAI and OpenAI Academy.

«Our company finances farmers and receives repayment in the form of harvested crops in autumn. This is a complex process, as it requires taking numerous factors into account and rapidly analyzing data from multiple sources. To support this work, we use AI tools. They enable us to quickly process large volumes of unstructured information, including crop data, and convert it into a format suitable for analysis,» said Venera Babayeva, Business Analyst at AlemAgro.

The AI Leaders 2026 project was implemented by the Kazakh Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development in collaboration with Stanford HAI, OpenAI Academy, and the Silkroad Innovation Hub. The organizers noted that their priority is to provide the business community with access to cutting-edge artificial intelligence knowledge from international experts, as well as to offer the opportunity to join the largest professional community in Central Eurasia for executives implementing AI technologies across the public and corporate sectors.

«Additionally, through our program, we have created the largest community of business leaders in Central Eurasia focused on artificial intelligence. We want participants to stay connected after the program ends, sharing best practices and experiences, while improving their organizations and becoming more competitive. For our region, this is critically important, as it is a matter of survival in a new world where AI plays a leading role,» said Asset Abdualiyev, Founder and CEO of Silkroad Innovation Hub.
