“Kaspi, Halyk, BI Group and other companies provide access to public services through their platforms”. This is what the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated at the forum today after being introduced to the innovations of major domestic fintech and construction companies. He noted that public services in the country are currently provided not only through e-portals. A constructive interaction with private sector in Kazakhstan was established, he added.
“We have created all the necessary conditions and facilities for our clients, starting from a choice of housing, a conclusion of an equity participation agreement, an automatic registration of this agreement in the KAZREGISTER, as well as a purchase and sale agreement. The whole service is convenient for the clients,” BI Development CEO Amangeldy Omarov said.
The unique digital platform BIG App helps Kazakh citizens to buy property online and make transactions without leaving home. They thereby can save their time and money. At present, more than 100,000 users are registered in the system.
“Clients used to spend three days for registration, and now it takes only three hours. The point is that our clients save money. If earlier notarial services used to charge 70,000 or 80,000 tenge for an apartment and a parking lot, now this service costs only 4,800 tenge and it is performed in two or three hours,” Omarov added.
The introduction of blockchain technology into a sales process helped to reduce the load on Public Service Centers five times. The company is confident that this digital product is an example of successful interaction between the state and business, where the main goal is to make the lives of Kazakh citizens easier.
