This year, Kazakhstan’s national tennis team is represented by four players, including captain Alexander Bublik, Mikhail Kukushkin, Andrey Golubev and Alexander Nedovyesov.

“Alexander Bublik is playing in the first four series. We are really looking forward to seeing him win tournaments on Monday and Tuesday in the final match. Mikhail Kukushkin, along with Alexander Nedovyesov, who plays in doubles, also have great chances to win. This is one of the major tournaments in the world, a world series, as I have already said. Holding such a tournament is prestigious for Kazakhstan, we are always glad to see tennis players of the given level. As far as I know, since it has been four years, many tennis players really like to visit Kazakhstan. This can be seen from the list of players,” said Dmitry Savchuk, tournament director.
