Kazakhstan is focusing on integrating
science with the real sector of the economy. Implementing the results of
applied research by domestic scientists in industrial enterprises will help increase
their productivity and efficiency. According to the scientific and technical
work plan for 2025-2027, 113 priority projects are set to be implemented in the
country. These projects have been approved by the High Science and Technology
Commission. Support for these initiatives will be provided through grants,
program-targeted financing, and attracting investors. The projects will be
implemented in the areas of priority for the economy, including ecology, the
environment, energy, advanced materials and transport, advanced manufacturing,
digital and space technologies, and biological safety. Additionally, artificial
intelligence technologies are planned to be actively used to optimize processes,
improve the quality of Kazakh products, and enhance workplace safety at
enterprises.
