On May 3rd, Elvira Nurmustafina ended her career as a referee. She is the first and so far the only woman to have served as the head referee in matches of the Kazakhstan Premier League. Now, Elvira is ready to pass on her experience to the new generation - especially to young women who want to dedicate their lives to football.
