Startups in the aerospace industry are set to evolve in Kazakhstan. For these purposes, the Astana Hub international technopark signed an agreement with the first domestic private space company ESV. As part of the memorandum, the parties plan to hold joint events to develop the potential of Kazakh and foreign IT companies and startups in the space sector. Investors have recently been putting more and more money particularly in the development of the aerospace industry.
“This means the development of hardware technologies. Moreover, these startups could use resources of the space sector for engineering of new products. First of all, for our part, we will take on their promotion through media and PR tools. Secondly, we will put forward the development of startup projects in Kazakhstan. We are planning to invite international and domestic experts experienced in the space industry,” noted Assem Tolegenkyzy, Chief Manager of the Corporate Innovation and Digital Competence Office at the Astana Hub.
