Kazakhstan has more than a hundred universities. A higher education diploma is still perceived in our society almost as a mandatory attribute, which can then be put on the shelf without regret.
In 2022, a specialized Ministry of Science and Higher Education was established. The new minister undertook a complete reform of the sector.
