Arsen Tomsky, the founder of the international
service inDrive and a newly minted citizen of Kazakhstan, is building not just
a successful company, but an ecosystem of social change. The company’s largest
office is based in Almaty. It is also here that he plans to open his first
university — inVision U, where education will be free and, most importantly,
centered on leadership, values, and the desire to make the world a better
place.
