Nobel Fest kicks off in Kazakhstan on October 26

“The Future is now!” The prestigious Nobel Fest kicks off in Kazakhstan next week. It will be held online and will last three days. The main goal of the organizers is to promote the integration of Central Asia and the Caucasus into the world’s advanced innovative trends. Traditionally, the scientific and educational event will be attended by world science celebrities, researchers, business leaders and innovators, including 10 Nobel Prize laureates and the same number of “Breakthrough Prize” winners. They will visit studios in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan that will broadcast openly to the whole world. The Nobel Fest program will be divided into four main directions that meet the global challenges of our time. These are a green reality, century of innovation, professions of the future and an economy for people. Online lectures will take place during the festival specifically for students.

“Live broadcast will be in five languages – Kazakh, English, Russian, Uzbek and Azerbaijani. Three key studios are involved in total. One in the city of Nur-Sultan, second in the city of Baku and third in the city of Tashkent. There will also be studios in the universities of Kazakhstan. 200 universities, nearly 50,000 participants from 70 countries will take part in the festival,” said Maxat Kurbenov, Director, of the Inclusive Development Foundation in Kazakhstan.
