Education of a new generation is an important factor for the future of the whole nation, said Kazakh Minister of Information and Social Development Aida Balayeva at an extended meeting of the ministry. She underlined that the state will increase support for the NEET youth - those young people who graduated from school, but didn’t enter universities and are unemployed due to various circumstances. In addition, experts are currently working on a road map for the development of the volunteer movement and a bill to improve charitable work.
“The future starts with the younger generation. That is why we stress the importance of the spiritual development and education of children. This should be the main focus of the Modernization of Kazakhstan’s Identity Program. In this regard, we will make every effort to present to the forthcoming meeting of the National Commission a strategy for the spiritual and moral education of schoolchildren and pre-school children, which is currently being developed with the participation of all interested parties,” said Aida Balayeva, Kazakh Minister of Information and Social Development.
In 2022, it is planned to adopt a new media law, Balayeva announced during the extended meeting of the relevant ministry. She added that Kazakhstan developed a Roadmap for the development of a state radio broadcasting network in the border areas and that a competition for radio frequencies has already been announced.
